Bought a watch from Ashford. Looked too big, so I returned it. Process was simple. Support answered fast. Refund took about a week. Not bad, just wish it was quicker.

I usually stick with another brand out of habit, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering here. But the whole process was easy. I found what I needed, checkout was quick, and I didn’t run into any issues. Smooth experience overall.

I ordered from Ashford, my first impression was really good. The package showed up in great shape, and the outer box wasn’t crushed or banged up at all, which is something I always pay attention to when it comes to watches.
Once I opened it, everything inside was packed neatly and securely. Nothing felt loose or like it had been tossed around, and the actual watch box looked perfect. My gut told me right away they knew what they were doing with the shipping.

I was shopping around for a Seiko and Ashford ended up being cheaper than the other places I checked. I wasn’t totally sure the coupon code would work, because sometimes those things are kind of... but it actually went through, so that was a nice surprise.
Shipping was fine, nothing weird, and the watch looked brand new when it arrived. For what I paid, I’m happy with it, and I’d probably order from them again if another solid discount pops up.

the only reason i’d go with 4 stars is that one color i really liked was listed as unavailable, so i had to go with my second choice. still, i’m happy with the order overall, and their inventory seemed better than most places i checked.
